One Day Soon

I knew I'd miss her badly and tried to put it out of mind.
Then I came to realise she was the one I've lived to find.
She had changed my life so much for the better.
That I struggle to imagine life without her.
I write her every other day to enfure she is more than just a picture on my shelf.
Knowing I think of her too much but I just can't help myself.
I get by through every sun and moon,
on the hope that we can be together again.
One day soon.
