What girls like the most is feeling safe and comfortable. Invite a group of guys and girls to hang out and invite the girl you like(going to a restaurant works too). That way your letting her know that your making time to get to know her more and that shes safe to be herself. After that go out in group dates and slowly go to single dates. One big thing is not to kiss on the first date, hold off till later (2nd or 3rd singles-date) that way you show her your not rushing into things.
