can I be pregnant?

My boyfriend and I mess around a lot, but never have went the whole way. We want to wait. However we have had oral sex, and I have never done that before. I love him, and everthing feels right. I just don't want to be pregnant. If he happens to get sperm on my clothes, or on him then touches me, can I be pregnant?
