Bleeding

Im 18 and my boyfriend has been fingering me for about 4 months now. Nothing was wrong at first but now all of a sudden (since about the past two weeks) ive started to bleed everytime he does it. Sometimes more than others. Is this a problem? Is there something wrong with me? Maybe he is doing it too rough i dont know???
