While kissing my girlfriend, how would i find out if she's comfortable with me touching her breats? (we already touch rear-ends haha) but what about breats? and kissing them?

Regarding your question, just run your finger along her throat and then keep going until it reaches her nipple. If she is comfortable with that, use your whole hand to fondle her breasts.
