Can a Lesbian lose her virginity to another female if your definition of a virgin is to have sexual intercourse with a penis?

A female does lose her virginity when she has sex with a penis in her vagina.

When a female has sex with another female, what physical act is it that causes her to lose her virginity? Maybe a finger breaking the hymen or entering the vagina? Or even a dildo.

I don't have the answer. Make up your own that you believe in and that is as close as you will come to having an answer.
