im a virgin and i think am ready to loose my virginity but i dont have a clue what to do, do i have to do specific things or do i do nothing at all and just lie there

If you are ready to lose your virginity, then you have gone through all the earlier stages of making love.

These earlier stages prepare you for sex so there is nothing to learn that won't come naturally or through experimentation.

I would suggest that you don't "just lie there" ... kissing, hugging, touching, and talking are important too.
